We offer FREE shipping, Australia wide.
We supply all our orders from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. We do our best to dispatch your order on the next business day if your item is in stock.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you are in a metro region, typically you should receive your shoes within 2-3 business days and for regional locations, allow 4-6 business days.

We hope you'll love your Skobis as much as we do, but if you have any issues, here's what you need to know...
The Skobi Perfect Fit Promise
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase if the fit or size isn't quite right. Just contact one of our team at email@example.com, and we will get you the right size or offer a full refund. All we ask is that any returned shoes are in their original packaging and are unworn. Simple!
It's sometimes hard to determine the difference between a manufacturing fault and normal wear and tear. If there is a genuine fault with your shoes, let us know and we will either replace them or offer a full refund.
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). For more information please read our Returns Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
At Skobi, happy, healthy kids feet are our number one priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and purchase email and a brief explanation of your issue.
- We will email you a return shipping label. Simply print this out, package up your shoes (if you have your original satchel, just turn this inside out)
- Tell us when you're ready for collection and our couriers will collect the parcel from your original delivery location. Easy!
What happens next?
- Allow up to 7 business days for your shoes to arrive back to our warehouse.
- All goods are inspected upon return to Skobi Shoes. In the event an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition (for incorrect fit or change of mind), or a product is assessed as not being faulty or defective, we will return it to you.
- Any refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive notification via email once this happens.
