Have we suggested two sizes? Both have growth room - we just recommend the larger size if you're fitting a wider foot or have an orthotic.

Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, Australia wide.
We supply all our orders from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. We do our best to dispatch your order on the next business day if your item is in stock.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you are in a metro region, typically you should receive your shoes within 2-3 business days and for regional locations, allow 4-6 business days.
Our shoes are shipped with couriers, so unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We need a physical address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you'll love your Skobis as much as we do, but if you have any issues, here's what you need to know...
Weâre happy to offer a refund for most footwear bought via our online store, within 30 days of receiving the order, provided they are in an as-new (unworn) condition including packaging.Â
We offer free delivery for orders over $100, however return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless Skobi reasonably agrees the item is faulty.
Shoes that demonstrate signs of unreasonable wear and tear or misuse will not be refunded or replaced. Sometimes it can be tricky to tell the difference between a manufacturing fault and excessive wear. If you are unsure about what constitutes wear and tear / misuse, please read further information here.
Unfortunately, due to fluctuations in stock levels, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. For the quickest outcome, we recommend placing a new order and then returning your original item for a refund via our Returns Portal. This way you are less likely to miss out on the item you are seeking.
