We offer free shipping on orders over $100, Australia wide. We do our best to dispatch your order on the next business day from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. We use couriers, so unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We’re happy to offer a refund for most footwear bought via our online store, within 30 days of receiving the order, provided they are in an as-new (unworn) condition including packaging.
We offer free delivery for orders over $100, however return postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless Skobi reasonably agrees the item is faulty.
Shoes that demonstrate signs of unreasonable wear and tear or misuse will not be refunded or replaced. Sometimes it can be tricky to tell the difference between a manufacturing fault and excessive wear. If you are unsure about what constitutes wear and tear / misuse, please read further information here.
Unfortunately, due to fluctuations in stock levels, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. For the quickest outcome, we recommend placing a new order and then returning your original item for a refund via our Returns Portal. This way you are less likely to miss out on the item you are seeking.
