Our returns policy in a nutshell

We’re happy to offer a refund for most footwear bought via our online store, within 30 days of receiving the order, provided they are in an as-new (unworn) condition including packaging. 

We're sorry your purchase didn't workout for you. To make it easy to find your perfect pair, we offer a FREE returns and exchange* for purchases made only on skobishoes.com.au. (Conditions apply for certain categories).

You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in a resalable condition. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Once we receive your return our team will be working hard to have that processed as fast as possible, although please be aware that times will vary during Christmas/promotional periods. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

If you purchased your shoes through one of our stockists, please contact them directly to organise your return.

Before returning a product to us, we recommend you first read below to ensure your product is eligible for return.

  • How to make a return or exchange

STEP ONE: Please contact customer service on 1300 856 226 or at info@thecomfortco.com.au to organise a returns & exchanges form to print at home.

  • For a return: Fill out the return portion of the form.
  • For an exchange: Fill out the exchange portion only on the form.

STEP TWO: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and include the completed form.

STEP THREE: Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and make note of the Australia Post tracking number in case you need to track your package at auspost.com.au. (If you do not use the provided shipping label and designated shipping method, Skobi is not able to refund shipping charges.)

STEP FOUR: Drop off your package at any authorized Australia Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement.

EXCHANGES - All exchanges, under the returns policy, can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value.

PLEASE NOTE - Skobi will only allow one free return or exchange per order number.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to any online orders after your order is placed.

This includes but is not limited to: change of delivery address, change of size/style, adding/removing products, applying discounts and full order cancellations.

Before returning a product to us, we recommend you first read below to ensure your product is eligible for return.

  • Skobi reserves the right to assess all footwear to determine any cause of fault or misuse.
  • Shoes that demonstrate signs of unreasonable wear and tear or misuse will not be refunded or replaced. Sometimes it can be tricky to tell the difference between a manufacturing fault and excessive wear. If you are unsure about what constitutes wear and tear / misuse, please read further information here.
  • Any questions regarding Skobi goods purchased at a Skobi stockist must be addressed to that stockist.
  • If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to either a replacement or refund. For further information please read our Terms and Conditions.
